When Nathan and Lizz Andersen moved to Tucson, they needed a place to play pickleball without the Sonoran Desert’s heat pounding on them.
They struck out. They took matters — or the paddle — into their own hands and inked a deal for five Dill Dinkers locations in Pima County.
“I had seen that other cities were having these indoor pickleball spaces opening up,” Nathan said.
