Fort Worth office building conversion set to add more residences downtown

A yearlong project to convert a 16-story building in downtown Fort Worth is set to begin in August.

The building was most recently home to Oncor, which moved out in 2021. The conversion of the 30,000-square-foot office tower into 300 apartments is set to begin Aug. 1 and be completed by the end of August 2025, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
